Short Description: This conference is jointly organized by the Department of Translation, The Chinese University of Hong Kong and The Department of East Asian Languages and Cultures, Stanford University. It aims to provide a platform for scholars in Translation Studies and Asian Studies to exchange views on topics related to Translation and Asian Studies. Around 30 to 40 scholars and translation experts, including more than 10 invited speakers, in the United States, Europe and other areas are expected to take part.
